Mobile information collected as part of our SMS program will only be shared with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering text messages and operating our messaging platform, and such providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing these services to us.

14. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy and any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Indiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
